Clear expectations
These terms apply when you use California Cleaning Connect or submit a quote request.
California Cleaning Connect is a referral and lead-generation service, not a cleaning company. We do not perform, supervise, guarantee, or warrant cleaning work. Any service agreement is directly between you and the independent provider you choose.
Submitting a request is free and creates no obligation to hire. A request does not guarantee a provider match, quote, availability, price, or service outcome.
You agree to provide accurate information and permission for California Cleaning Connect to review and share your request with a local cleaning service provider for matching purposes.
You are responsible for evaluating any provider, quote, insurance, licensing, references, terms, and suitability before hiring. Providers are independent and are not employees or agents of California Cleaning Connect.
Do not submit unlawful, misleading, automated, or abusive requests or attempt to interfere with the site or access information that is not yours.
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply. Last updated: October 3, 2026.
